Issued from a navigation tradition, Koejac is a company specialized in leisure boat retail since more than 40 years.
Founded in 1966 by Jacob Sophie & Lucien, Koejac had gotten several activities; starting by fuel retailing and shipshandler for barges cruising on the Rhine river. It grows up in the years 1970 by starting a shipyard which was specialized in construction and repairing barges. The admiral vessel built was a bunkerboat of 28m long which was able to carry 180T.
Latter in the year 1985, the economical environment of waterways transportation changed, which forced it modifying its business is retailing new and second hands leisure boats specialized in trawler in steel and FRP. Navigation and boats are a great history and passion in the Jacob’s family, 4 generation involved in it.
